Filing a complaint
To make a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. complaint form
Fill out the complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following details: your name, e-mail or mailing address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2.Sending back the product
When submitting a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3.Shipping
The advertised or returned product should be sent to the address:

Note: You can also contact our Customer Service, in which case we will pick up the advertised product from you ourselves.

Return of goods
We guarantee 30 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill out the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product(s):

To the package with the statement and the returned product/products also include all accessories received with it/products and a receipt or invoice.
